Welcome to Planning Online Portal
Planning Online is Western Australia’s digital hub for submitting planning applications made to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) or to a Development Assessment Panel (DAP).
Registered users can lodge any type of planning application associated with subdivision, development (where determined by WAPC or a DAP), structure plans and Schemes. Local governments can use the portal to lodge applications requiring handling by WAPC or DAPs, and agencies may use the portal to manage referral requests and advice.
Due to the security requirements involved with online services, users must be registered prior to accessing the portal. Once registration is complete, users can sign in using the button below:

Submit, monitor and review applications related to subdivision, development, structure plans and Schemes.
Development applications for the significant development pathway and the Swan Valley may be lodged here. Local Governments may also submit DAP applications, structure plans, and schemes.
Once a subdivision application is conformed the applicant is be given a link and code for clients to access and view the stages.
Registered users may also view all past and current applications made in Planning Online. Additional tracking capability is planned and will be deployed over the course of the project.
